We want you to love your Dolcealina experience! If you're not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund for unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
We’re confident our products will exceed your expectations, but if not, your satisfaction is important to us.
Please Note:

Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If we provide a prepaid return label, a $6 return shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds include the item price and applicable sales tax paid, minus any discounts applied.
Return Eligibility
To ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- The purchase must be made through www.Dolcealina.com.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original product packaging.
- Gift sets and kits must be returned in full.
- Final sale items are non-refundable.
How to Return
1. Submit a Return Request
Submit a request through our Contact Us page. Once approved (within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays), you’ll receive return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label via email.
2. Pack & Ship Your Return
Securely pack your item(s) in a suitable shipping package, attach the provided label, and drop it off at your nearest post office.
3. Refund Process
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method
Issues with Your Order?
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@dolcealina.com. Include the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- A photo of the damaged or missing item(s) and packing slip (if applicable)
We’ll resolve the issue by replacing the damaged or missing items at no additional cost.
