Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless your return is the result of an error on our part. A $5 Shipping and Handling fee is applied to all US Orders.

♥ The return must be associated with its original order number
♥ Item(s) must be free from any signs of use (including lash glue) and discrepancies
♥ Items(s) must be in its original packaging
♥ For gift sets and kits, all items must be returned
♥ Final sale items are non-refundable
1. SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST
Complete your return request. Please allow 2-4 business days (additional time may be needed during weekends and Holidays) for a Return Specialist to approve the return. If your return is approved, you will receive your return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Note a $5 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If your return is disapproved, you will receive an email confirming the reason.
2. SEND IT BACK TO US
Pack the approved return item(s) in the original shipping package. Apply the prepaid return label to the package and drop it off to your nearest post office. Please ensure your order Invoice or receipt is included in the package. All returns are discarded for sanitary reasons.
3. APPROVAL PROCESS & REFUND
Your return will be processed within 10 business days of being received. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order as the "Bill To" Customer.
RECEIVED A DAMANGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
If you have received any damaged or defective items, please contact us at info@dolcealina.com within 30 days of receiving your package. Please include your customer name, order number, and a photo of the damaged or defective items.
We can only process orders placed on Dolcealina.com. In the event that we deem the items to be damaged or defective, we will offer to replace them. The same shipping service selected for the original order will be used to ship out the replacement products. If you would like to upgrade the shipping service, you will need to cover the additional cost.
MISSING AN ITEM?
If your order is incomplete, please email a photo of your entire order, including the packing slip, to info@dolcealina.com within 10 days of delivery. After this time period, Dolcealina may not be able to replace the missing item(s). Once we have confirmed the mistake, we will gladly send a replacement.
