We want you to love your Dolcealina experience! If you're not 100% satisfied, we're happy to offer a refund for unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
We’re confident our products will exceed your expectations, but if not, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. A $5 shipping and handling fee applies to all U.S. orders.
Return Eligibility
To ensure your return is processed smoothly:
- The purchase must be made through www.Dolcealina.com.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original product packaging.
- Gift sets and kits must be returned in full.
- Final sale items are non-refundable.
How to Return
1. Submit a Return Request
Submit a request using our Contact Us page. Once approved (within 2-4 business days, excluding weekends/holidays), you'll receive return instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. A $5 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. Pack and Ship Your Return
Pack your return item(s) securely in any shipping package. No invoice or receipt is needed. Simply attach the prepaid return label we provided and drop it off at your nearest post office
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method under the billing name on the order.
Issues with Your Order?
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incomplete order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@dolcealina.com. Include the following details:
- Your name
- Order number
- A photo of the damaged or missing item(s) and packing slip (if applicable)
We’ll resolve the issue by replacing the damaged items at no additional cost or sending the missing items using the same shipping method as the original order.
